Thomas More Institute

The speaker is currently a Director at Barclays Wealth, where he heads up the Investment Advisory function in the International Private Bank in London. Prior to joining Barclays 5 years ago, he was Head of Research at the European Capital Markets Institute in Brussels, advising the European Commission and Parliament, as well as other government authorities, on economic and financial policy. He has published two books and numerous articles. He is currently also a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
